Led by Nantes Metropole, the ECCE Innovation Project regroups the cities of Aachen, Cardiff, Dublin, Eindhoven, and Stuttgart as well as Birmingham City University and the Yorkshire based CIDA Co.
The project set up and trained a network of “transfer agents” operating in each city to promote connections between creative entrepreneurs and other sectors of the economy and stimulate new market opportunities.
